3. Credit Education and DIY Action Plans
Our advertised DIY credit education process helps participants understand their credit information and identify potential next steps.
Under the DIY offer, participants are responsible for reviewing their information, deciding what action to take, and submitting their own disputes. Receiving a guide or action plan does not authorize SBC Solutions LLC to submit disputes, contact creditors, or act on a participant’s behalf.
We do not guarantee credit score increases, removal of information, loan approval, funding approval, or results within a specific period. Results depend on individual circumstances, financial behavior, information reported, and decisions made by third parties.
Do not use our materials to dispute information you know is accurate, create a false identity, or submit false statements or documents.
4. MyFreeScoreNow and Other Third-Party Services
MyFreeScoreNow is a separate third-party credit monitoring service with a recurring subscription fee of $29.90 per month..
For SBC Solutions LLC’s advertised credit evaluation offer, MyFreeScoreNow enrollment is required before requesting your credit evaluation and personalized DIY Credit Action Plan. SBC Solutions LLC provides the evaluation and action plan at no additional charge.
Review MyFreeScoreNow’s current pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before enrolling. Your subscription may continue until canceled according to the provider’s terms.
Ending services with SBC Solutions LLC does not automatically cancel your MyFreeScoreNow subscription. Direct subscription and cancellation requests to MyFreeScoreNow.
5. Information You Provide
Provide accurate information and submit only information you own or are authorized to share. You are responsible for reviewing documents and information before submitting them to a credit bureau, government agency, lender, funder, or other organization.
Do not send Social Security numbers, account passwords, complete credit reports, or other sensitive records through ordinary website contact forms or unsecured email. Contact us for instructions on an appropriate method of sharing required documents.
6. Pricing, Payments, and Cancellations
Any SBC Solutions LLC fees, payment schedules, deliverables, and applicable cancellation or refund terms will be disclosed in the relevant offer or separate service agreement before purchase.
Third-party fees are separate unless expressly stated otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, cancellation, dispute, or other consumer right provided by applicable law.
