Structure Before Funding™ Cohort

Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Structure Before Funding™ Cohort offered by SBC Solutions LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Fee

The total tuition for the Structure Before Funding™ Cohort is $147.00.

2. Weekly Payment Plan

You have elected to pay through a four (4) week payment plan consisting of:

Week 1 (Enrollment): $45.00
Week 2: $34.00
Week 3: $34.00
Week 4: $34.00

The total amount due under this agreement is $147.00.

3. Automatic Payments

By enrolling, you authorize Denefits (or the designated payment processor) to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the agreed weekly payment schedule until the balance has been paid in full.

4. Access to the Program

Access to the cohort begins upon enrollment and completion of the required onboarding process, including execution of all participant agreements and required documents.

5. Digital Products & Services

The Structure Before Funding™ Cohort includes digital training, downloadable resources, templates, workbooks, live instruction, and other educational materials. Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon enrollment, all sales are considered final.

6. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

Failure to attend live sessions.
Failure to complete assignments.
Missed classes.
Voluntary withdrawal from the program.
Failure to utilize the materials provided.

7. Payment Obligation

Enrolling in the payment plan constitutes an agreement to pay the entire program fee of $147.00. Cancellation of participation does not cancel the financial obligation.

8. Missed or Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment is declined, missed, or returned for any reason:

Access to the cohort, portal, live sessions, and digital materials may be suspended until the account is brought current.
SBC Solutions LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of the remaining balance as permitted by law.

9. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

Attend sessions prepared to learn.
Complete weekly assignments.
Respect fellow participants.
Maintain confidentiality regarding discussions within the cohort.
Use all program materials solely for their personal educational purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, presentations, worksheets, templates, frameworks, checklists, and proprietary materials are the intellectual property of SBC Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright laws.

Participants may not:

Copy or reproduce course materials.
Record live sessions without written permission.
Share login credentials.
Distribute, resell, or teach the materials to others.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Structure Before Funding™ Cohort is an educational program designed to help participants improve organizational and funding readiness. SBC Solutions LLC does not guarantee funding, grants, donations, investments, contracts, business success, or financial results.

Participant success depends upon individual effort, implementation, organizational readiness, and other factors beyond the control of SBC Solutions LLC.

12. Agreement

By enrolling and making your first payment, you acknowledge that you:

Have read and understand these Terms & Conditions.
Agree to the weekly payment schedule.
Accept responsibility for the full balance of $147.00.
Agree to comply with all program policies and participant agreements.
